"Britni Gaddy was amazing agent to work with. It was the first time I had gone through the process of selling a home and she guided the way with such ease. Her knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area and what buyers are looking for was right on the money. Britni is a true native of Myrtle Beach. Being born and raised here she has a huge network of friends and colleagues that she can easily tap into and share listings with. This is quite an advantage for her, as she shared my home information with a colleague the night before it was publicly listed, and I literally had more than one showing the very first day on the market. With the beautiful photos of my home taken by the very talented photographer she uses, the listing ad she put together was gorgeous. Her marketing skills are impressive and work.
